Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree Number 196 of June 30 2003, you are hereby informed that the processing of the personal data that you have provided has the scope of making possible the issue of the Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport Newsletter and the sending of information and/or promotional material. This processing is carried out in conformity with the manner established by law and shall include all operations that are necessary for such processing, ibid. the diffusion and communication of said data to the head and employees of the company's communications and corporate identity office. The person responsible for the data processing itself is the legal representative of the company, in the person of Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as the Commercial Area Manager for the area for which he is responsible. The individual concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data that regards him or her, also if it has not yet been recorded, as well as the right to receive communication of said data in an intelligible form and information regarding its processing.

The individual concerned is also entitled to have any data processed in a way that contravenes the law updated, deleted or frozen and may, for legitimate motives, oppose the processing of personal data that regards him or her, even if it is relevant to the purpose for which it is gathered, as well as the processing of personal data that regards him or her for the purposes of sending promotional or direct marketing material, the conduct of market research or business communications.
